How our text messaging program works, what to expect, and how to opt out at any time.

Program Description

When you opt in to the Mathis Mortgage SMS program, Randy Mathis at Lumin Lending Inc. will send you text messages related to your mortgage inquiry or active loan. Messages may include application updates, document requests, rate notifications, appointment reminders, follow-ups on a quote or scenario, and general loan-process communications.

Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting a form on mathismortgage.com that includes a phone number, by texting Randy Mathis directly, or by providing verbal or written consent during a conversation. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages at the mobile number you provided.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission of the message by your wireless carrier and is outside our control.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.The Mathis Mortgage SMS program is free to join, but your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates apply to each message sent and received. Please consult your mobile service plan for details.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your stage in the mortgage process. During an active loan application, you may receive several messages per week. Outside of an active application, messages are infrequent and conversational.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send the STOP message, we will send you a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to opt back in, reply START or sign up again through the website.

We respect your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or message content with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.
